1. Service Description

VibeForge is an interview-driven Product Requirements Document (PRD) generator. The service guides you through structured questions and uses AI to help generate professional product documentation.

2. Account & Access

To use VibeForge, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VibeForge to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Overload, disrupt, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

4. Your Content

You own your content. Any interview responses, uploaded sketches, and the ideas they represent belong to you. By using VibeForge, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Generated artifacts (PRDs, roadmaps, etc.) are derivative works based on your input. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute these generated documents.

5. AI-Generated Content

VibeForge uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and documents. AI-generated content may:

• Contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• Require review and editing before use
• Not be suitable for all purposes without human oversight

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep VibeForge available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VibeForge if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account menu.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VibeForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
